1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n bajji ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, registering on, or using the n bajji website at https://n-bajji.com, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the n bajji platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on n bajji, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, arcade titles (Monster Fight, Rooster Rumble), and any promotional or bonus programmes. Supplementary rules applicable to specific game types or promotions are published separately and are to be read alongside these Terms — in the event of a conflict, the supplementary rules for that specific product take precedence over these general Terms for matters covered by those supplementary rules.

n bajji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

1.1 Platform Access

Access to n bajji is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, downtime for maintenance, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. n bajji accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, provided such unavailability does not arise from our negligence or wilful misconduct.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between n bajji and its players — including these Terms, bonus terms, support correspondence, and account notifications — are conducted in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the English-language content of these Terms before registering an account.

1.3 Currency

The official currency of the n bajji platform is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, and betting stakes are denominated in BDT. n bajji does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the player's own responsibility if they are transferring funds from a foreign-denominated account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use n bajji's real-money gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible adults in Bangladesh. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to n bajji that all of the following eligibility conditions are met:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from n bajji or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.

2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number linked to your bKash or Nagad account, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information at registration — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n bajji username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. n bajji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted from your account — including deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed — is your responsibility, whether or not it was conducted by you personally. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n bajji support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

n bajji reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine security review. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction until verification is completed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on n bajji are processed in BDT through Bangladesh's licensed mobile financial service providers and selected commercial banks. n bajji does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments through unverified third-party agents.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

n bajji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels:

3.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. n bajji does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for most players, though automated fraud-prevention thresholds may apply. Large withdrawals — defined as single withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 — may be subject to an additional automated security review, which is typically completed within two hours of the request being submitted. The player will be notified at each stage of the review process via the contact details on their account.

3.3 Withdrawal Wallet Matching

For security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet or bank account used to make the player's most recent deposit. This wallet-matching requirement is a mandatory fraud-prevention control and cannot be waived by support agents. If you no longer have access to the wallet used for your last deposit, you must contact support before initiating a withdrawal so that the appropriate account review process can be followed.

3.4 Transaction Fees

n bajji does not charge players any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges. n bajji has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.5 Dormant Account Balances

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. n bajji reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, deducted monthly from any remaining balance, after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months may be closed. Any residual balance in a dormant account will remain withdrawable provided the player satisfies identity verification requirements at the time of the withdrawal request.

4 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the n bajji platform. Game-specific supplementary rules are published within each game section of the platform and are to be read alongside these general rules.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the n bajji system and a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player. Bets placed during a period of technical disruption or outside published market availability windows may be voided at n bajji's discretion. n bajji reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet from any player at any time without providing a reason, and this right extends to players who have been identified as professional bettors or who engage in systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

4.2 Obvious Errors

n bajji reserves the right to void bets that were accepted as a result of an obvious pricing or data error — including manifestly incorrect odds, incorrect match data, or technical display glitches that resulted in odds materially different from the intended market price. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. n bajji will not use the obvious error provision to void bets solely because they resulted in a financial loss to the platform; the provision applies only to genuine pricing and data errors.

4.3 Cricket Betting Markets

Cricket betting at n bajji covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Test matches, bilateral series, and domestic Bangladesh cricket competitions. Markets are opened and settled according to official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow the rules for the specific market type as published in the Cricket Betting Supplementary Rules. Bets on player-specific markets (top batsman, top bowler) are settled based on official scorecards.

4.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and may be suspended or removed at any time during a match without notice. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that live bets are placed and confirmed before the relevant market is suspended. n bajji accepts no responsibility for bets that were not confirmed prior to market suspension, regardless of connectivity issues on the player's end.

4.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on n bajji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The house edge and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are set by the game provider and are available on request. Playing casino games does not guarantee any outcome — all results are determined by chance, and no strategy can alter the mathematical outcome of a certified RNG game over a statistically significant number of rounds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

n bajji offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses for new accounts, weekly reload offers, live casino cashback, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL match days, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Activity

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through matched or offset bets (collusion).
• Placing low-risk bets on opposite outcomes of the same event with the aim of clearing wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (arbitrage).
• Using bonus funds to systematically exploit progressive jackpots or game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with recreational play.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or incorrect bonus credits that were issued in error.

n bajji reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final, subject to the formal dispute process outlined in Section 6.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met within the validity period. When a player requests a withdrawal before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited — only the player's real-money balance (deposits minus real-money wagers) will be eligible for withdrawal.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the n bajji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

6.1 Prohibited Actions

• Providing false identity or age information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the n bajji platform, its servers, or its software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on n bajji (money laundering).
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n bajji support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain beyond normal recreational play.

6.2 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of a technical error, incorrectly posted market, or software bug that could confer an unintended advantage, you are obligated to report it to n bajji support immediately and to cease using the affected feature until it is resolved. Any winnings generated through the intentional exploitation of a known error are subject to voiding.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, bonus calculation, payment processing, or account decision, players should contact n bajji customer support via live chat in the first instance. The support team is authorised to resolve most disputes within a single conversation. 7 Age Restriction & Verification

n bajji operates a strict 18+ age policy across all products and services. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception. n bajji takes its underage gambling prevention obligations seriously and operates multiple layers of age-gating controls.

7.1 Age Declaration at Registration

All players must declare that they are 18 years of age or older during the registration process. This declaration is a legal representation made by the player to n bajji. Any player who makes a false age declaration in order to access the platform will have their account closed immediately upon detection, all real-money balances will be returned (minus any bonuses), and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

7.2 Age Verification Process

n bajji may request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary photo ID. Age verification requests must be responded to within 72 hours. 7.3 Parental Responsibility

If you share your device or internet connection with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that those minors cannot access your n bajji account. n bajji recommends using device-level parental control software and ensuring that your n bajji login credentials are never stored in an accessible location on shared devices.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

n bajji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false identity, age, or contact information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The player is, or has become, subject to a self-exclusion request — whether requested by the player themselves or imposed by the platform for responsible gaming reasons.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be closed.
• The account has been dormant for a period that triggers the dormancy policy described in Section 3.5.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their n bajji account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing the account, the player should ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that any active bonus terms have been reviewed. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive real-money balance will have that balance processed as a final withdrawal to the player's verified wallet, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

n bajji provides a self-exclusion tool that allows players to restrict their own access to the platform for a chosen period — from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission through Account Settings or confirmation by the support team. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, self-exclusion, or operator-initiated for cause — the treatment of any remaining account balance will depend on the reason for closure:

• Voluntary closure or self-exclusion: Real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified wallet after identity verification.
• Closure for Terms violation: Real-money balances may be retained pending investigation. Bonus-derived balances will be forfeited. n bajji will communicate the outcome of the investigation in writing.
